Sweet Plantain Herb, also known Common Plantain or Broadleaf Plantain, is a perennial or self-seeding annual herb native to Europe and Asia.  Common Plantain is way more than just a common weed.  This magical healer is one of the most widely abundant and dispersed medicinal crops cultivated around the world. 

A popular ingredient in herbal salves and other holistic products, Plantago major is used for skin soothing effects and is super effective in relieving itching and swelling from bee stings, insect bites, and rashes. Medicinally, this plant is astringent, cooling, antimicrobial, antiviral, antitoxin, and the list goes on.
