Secure Facility and Shared Amenities

The greenhouse is located within Sow Exotic’s fenced nursery facility with a locked entrance gate. The tenant will also receive shared access to the bathroom and kitchen located inside the packing house.

Access hours, gate procedures, deliveries, visitors, and shared-space use will be established in the lease agreement.

• Tenant must maintain appropriate business and liability insurance
  
• Tenant is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary growing conditions
