One of Out Three Still Alive

Unfortunately, two out of the three plants sent to me died once planted within five days; the third plant appears quite happy. As all were planted in large pots the same way, in the same medium, in the same setting, with the same watering schedule, I can only surmise that the two dead plants were diseased in some way. I immediately tried to order replacement plants, but they were no longer available. The last surviving plants continues to do well.

    Good in central florida

I’ve grown this plant. In central Florida, it does well along a fence but needs a lot of sun. In dry weather it will need some water, as well. The canes are long and thorny but I tie them to the fence. Birds like the fruit also, which is a Good Thing because the plants produce a LOT. Raspberries bloom on new canes so each year I cut off the old canes. Recommended.
