The Bears Lemon is a container-friendly subtropical evergreen fruit tree native to Florida.
A member of the Citrus family, it is related to the Meyer Lemon and the Harvey Lemon. The Bearss Lemon is a faster-growing and less thorny variety than most lemon trees, making them attractive for harvesting. Their highly productive fruits contain immense juice content without many seeds, making them ideal for juicing. The Bearss Lemon’s also bear highly-aromatic, oily skin, giving them perfect qualities for zesting as well.The beginner-friendly true lemon tree bears a fruit that’s similar to the Lisbon Lemon (a common lemon found in the grocery store).
