Arbequina Olive Trees are easy-to-grow, self-fertile cold hardy fruit trees! The absolutely gorgeous Arbequina Olive Tree is native to northern Spain where it is used to make olive oil.  It's also beloved as a delicious table olive.

Arbequina is a great olive tree to grow in containers or in the ground.  It makes a beautiful ornamental house plant! Olive trees are gorgeous in any food forest or home landscape and will grow up to about 15-20 feet tall.  Arbequina Olives are a great variety for Florida.  It's self-pollinating but with produce more heavily with other olive trees nearby.

They grow well in dry or wet soil as long as it is well-draining and humid or non-humid climates, as well as a wide variation in temperature from just below freezing to the triple digits.

Arbequina Olive Trees flower at an early age and produce an abundance of small, dark tasty olives.  They fruit throughout the fall and winter months.  Our olive trees in size XL are capable of flowering and fruiting within 1-2 years.  Our trees in size medium will take about 3-4 years to fruit.  They'll bear heavier harvests once mature, after about 7-8 years.
