Tropical Superfruit Tree for Wellness, Juicing, and Tradition

Noni, also known as Morinda citrifolia, Indian Mulberry, or Cheese Fruit, is a tropical fruiting tree with deep roots in traditional Polynesian, Southeast Asian, and Caribbean herbal medicine. Known for its potent, immune-boosting fruit, Noni has been used for centuries to support overall wellness, digestion, skin health, and inflammation relief.

The tree produces pale green to white fruit that ripens with a strong, cheesy aroma—earning it the nickname "Cheese Fruit." While the raw fruit's flavor is intense and acquired, it’s typically juiced, fermented, or dried and powdered for use in nutritional tonics, teas, and supplements. The fruit is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, alkaloids, and beneficial enzymes, making it a superfruit in traditional and modern wellness circles alike.

Noni is a hardy, fast-growing evergreen tree that thrives in full sun and warm, tropical to subtropical climates. Our mature Noni trees bear fruit year-round in ideal conditions and begins producing within 1 year from planting. It can be grown in the ground in USDA Zones 9–11 with frost protection until established, or in large containers and brought indoors in cooler regions.

    Two noni fruit plants

Noni plants are very valuable medicinal plants. I used the ripped cheese fruits to pickle in honey flavor liquor. I had been drinking the liquor I made from the noni fruit for three years now. It helps lower my high blood pressure. Boost my energy, work great for exercise and weight lifting. Sleep very well. It did helped fixed my back pain and arthritis. I even eat the leaves for vegetable as salad roll with roast pork or roast duck. Best of all strong immune system and digestive system. Don't believe what I shared. Experience it for yourself. I learned it the right way how to pickled noni fruit on YouTube or Google.
