Tropical Nut Tree with Gorgeous Pink Blooms and Sweet, Rich Flavor

Beaumont Macadamia is a standout variety of Macadamia integrifolia—a beautiful, high-yielding nut tree that produces sweet, creamy macadamia nuts in warm climates. Originally developed in Hawaii, this cultivar is known for its early and consistent production, compact growth, and show-stopping pink flower sprays that appear before fruiting.

This evergreen tree not only gives you gourmet nuts—it also brings ornamental beauty to the landscape. Glossy green foliage, deep pink flowers, and dense canopy growth make it a perfect fit for tropical food forests, edible windbreaks, or backyard orchards. The rich, buttery nuts are high in healthy fats and make excellent snacks, baked goods, or nut milk.

Why You'll Love It:

  • Produces gourmet macadamia nuts with buttery, sweet flavor
  • Early-bearing and productive variety
  • Compact, dense growth with ornamental pink blooms
  • Perfect for subtropical and tropical food forests
  • High-value nut tree with long-term yield potential

Growing Tips:

  • Plant in full sun and well-drained soil with good airflow
  • Water regularly during establishment; drought-tolerant when mature
  • Mulch to retain soil moisture and suppress weeds
  • Protect young trees from frost during early years
  • Harvest nuts after they naturally drop and remove outer husks before storing

    A little cutie

Macadamia looks just like it did from nursery so thats good. No shock or leaf loss at all. Should be producing soon but too early to tell. My first macadamia as we mostly have fruit trees.
