Sushni, also known as Clover Fern, is a powerful perennial herb and cascading aquatic fern plant, cultivated worldwide for culinary and medicinal purposes. Fresh bright green leaves can be consumed raw. Used in combination with Gotu Kola and Bacopa Brahmi, the herbs make up the trinity of herbs used to enhance brain function.
These herbs are known as nootropics; substances that enhance or improve cognitive function, particularly executive functions, memory, creativity, or motivation, in healthy individuals.
