Mushroom Herb is a leafy green, low-lying shrub native to Papua New Guinea   It's low-maintenance plant and does great in a container.   Leaves are thick and crisp, like spinach. They can be harvested all year long, but this plant should be over-wintered indoors in colder climates. The mild mushroom flavor intensifies when cooked and is a great addition to soups and stir-fries!

Medicinally, Mushroom Herb provides Calcium, Iron, Beta-carotene, Vitamins A and C and other essential nutrients.
