Longevity Spinach is a fast-growing perennial vegetable-like herb in the Daisy family.  It grows effortlessly and makes a beautiful trailing ground cover or shrubby hedge in any garden. As if that wasn't dreamy enough, Longevity Spinach also has several culinary and medicinal uses, making it an essential herb in your edible landscape! Long succulent leaves and young shoots are generally the consumed edible parts of the plant, but it also produces beautiful yellow dandelion-like flowers.
