The Monroe Avocado will bear fruit from November to January and produce rich creamy avocado's that are about 1-2 pounds. The trees can grow up to about 15 -30 feet tall with a large canopy. Cold hardiness for Avocados depends on the variety. Monroe is cold tolerant to 25-30 degrees.
