COVID-19 Nationwide Shipping Update: August/September

Dear Sow Exotic Customers,

We are doing our best with very limited staff under difficult circumstances to deliver your order quickly and safely. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Here's the scoop on shipping this month:

  1. Nationwide USPS Priority Shipping 
    Orders placed by Sunday, August 16th will ship next week, from Monday, August 17th to Thursday, August 20th.

    Our shipping office will then be closed from August 21st to September 1st, while we spend the week in the nursery working on a HUGE inventory update for you, growing our fulfillment team, and a few more fun surprises that we can't wait to share!

    You can still order plants on, but all orders placed from August 17th to August 31st will begin to ship on September 1st via 1-3 Day USPS Priority.

    Here is how to make the wait easier: After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Click the green button that says ‘View Your Order Status Page’ to sign up for detailed text and email alerts on your order status. You will automatically receive an email alert when your shipping label is created even if you do not sign up for these text notifications.

  2. Special Requests / Combining Multiple Orders
    We cannot accommodate special orders requests or combine shipping for separate orders at this time. While in the past we have combined shipping costs for multiple orders, the recent surge has made it complicated to do this for all orders. Please be aware of this when you frequently place multiple orders.
