The Pickering Mango is a very productive, fast growing tree and virtually disease resistant mango variety. Fruit is about 1lb in size with a very juicy, pina colada-like flavor. It is extremely juicy and fiberless! Outside, the fruit is green, red, and purpleish. Inside, the pulp is a bright, rich orange color.


The Pickering Mango is known as a "condo" mango due to it's compact growth habit and can be maintained in a container at about 6-10 feet. It will fruit well at a young age and small size. Mango's ripen on the tree throughout summer and fall and are ready to harvest 3 to 5 months after flowering.

Mature Size: Can be maintained in a container at about 6-10 ft. in the ground, grows to about 10-15 ft. or up to 30 ft. 

Soil & Moisture: Rich, well-draining soil. Water well when flowering.
