i got fruits but haven't tasted them

I bought this plant in 2020 and it grows fast on my aviary garden wall. I keep prunning and my wild quails sleep underneath the leaves. They are very thorny and sharp. It flowered few times now but the fruits never get big to be eaten. I'm in zone 9b California and i think this plant doesn't like cold or too mush rain. I grew fe more plants from cutting ,was so easy. Overal it's a good climbing vine if you have room for it and also evergreen.

Thank you for sharing your experience! While the plant can be sensitive to cold and excess rain, we’re glad it’s become a lush, evergreen addition to your space. Happy growing!

    Beautiful Plant

I’ve had this plant for a couple of years now and it is great! Super thorny, and needs structural support but this year it exploded with flowers and now, berries!
