Up to 33 ft tall in the wild but can easily be grown in a container

Part Shade, Shade
Young plants need shade to develop a strong root system, but will do well with more sun exposure overtime.
Longjack is not a self-pollinating plant, which isn't an issue at all if you're just growing the plant to harvest its root for medicinal benefit. However, if you're trying to grow Longjack to seed, you'll want to grow multiple plants for the best luck at pollination.
Outdoors 9-11 (frost protection until established); Patio/Greenhouse 4+
Our Longjack is grown from seed and is capable of harvest within one growing season.
